Rue de la Banque, Paris

AM ALPHA successfully completes the revitalisation of the office property on Rue de la Banque in Paris

  • ANJAC is the single long-term tenant
  • Haussmann-style building with approx. 1,500 m² of rental space has been completely refurbished
  • Value-add project converted into core property

AM ALPHA, a global family office for real estate investments, has completed revitalising the office property acquired in 2021 on Rue de la Banque in Paris and successfully positioned the property on the market. AM ALPHA secured ANJAC, a renowned company in the healthcare cosmetics industry, as the single tenant, which will occupy the entire building long-term.

Located in the heart of Paris, the office property is ideally situated in the dynamic 'Arrondissement de la Bourse', the 2nd district - right next to the former Paris Stock Exchange and just a few minutes away from the Palais Royal, the Place des Victoires and the Opera. Over the past two years, the Haussmann-style building with its historic façade has been completely refurbished and adapted to the requirements of today's working world.

'Our project in Rue de la Banque shows how historical substance and future-orientated use can go hand in hand. It is a prime example of our key expertise in recognising potential in properties and using our know-how to create sustainable value,' says Philipp La Rosée, Managing Director at AM ALPHA. 'The successful revitalisation and subsequent full letting of this high-profile property confirms our expertise that, together with our local team in Paris, we can generate long-term value for our investors by developing value-add projects for core properties, even in a very competitive market.
