Senior Investment Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a personality who enjoys driving forward our international company growth and the successes of our portfolio. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Head of Investment Management. If you enjoy working in an international environment and want to make a difference, then we should get to know each other.
Your profile:
- Completed university studies, preferably with a focus on real estate management, business administration/commerce or technical studies with supplementary further education in business studies
- Several years (at least five years) of professional experience in real estate investment management, ideally with a private equity background
- Proven track record of successful transactions in European markets
- Solid network in the real estate investment sector
- Excellent analytical and conceptual understanding (analytical methods, processes, projects) as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent working style characterised by an entrepreneurial approach
- High level of social competence and enjoyment of working in a team
- Highly adaptable and open to supporting new locations and sectors
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
You will:
- Development of investment strategies and deal sourcing in diverse European real estate markets
- Analysis of property documents in the course of acquiring properties and project developments
- Preparation of cash flow modelling, business and financial plans as well as sensitivity analyses
- Participation in the cross-border structuring and financing of investments
- Independent execution of commercial due diligence and management of further property inspections with the help of external partners, including purchase contract negotiations
- Accompanying financing inquiries
- Definition and implementation of the post-closing agenda
- Strategic responsibility for the implementation of the business plan for the acquired properties
