In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:
Fonds manager (m/f/d)
In this versatile role, you will be the interface to our investment managers and to other Competence Centers and take on relevant tasks on your own responsibility.
Your profile:
- Completed university studies, preferably with a focus on real estate economics, business administration/commerce or another discipline with additional real estate-related qualifications
- Several years of sound professional experience as a fund manager with references, ideally with a capital management company, in a real estate-related sector or in the area of finance (auditing/consulting, accounting, taxes, finance)
- Good knowledge of the legal and tax framework for real estate funds
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and guidelines relevant to real estate funds, e.g. taxonomy or SFDR, would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a structured and independent way of working as well as very good analytical skills combined with a strong "hands-on" mentality
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Professional handling of MS Office, especially Excel
You will:
- You are the central contact person for several real estate special funds with an investment focus on Europe and Asia.
- You will accompany the real estate funds throughout their entire life cycle, from fund launch and ongoing fund administration to possible liquidation.
- You will prepare the ongoing fund planning and manage the portfolios with regard to liquidity.
- You will measure and report ongoing performance at the fund and property level
- You coordinate key real estate and fund-related processes (including fund conception; buying and selling of properties/companies; onboarding and offboarding of service providers)
- You know and update the requirements for our products on an ongoing basis and ensure the quality level of our services and our compliance as a capital management company in collaboration with the various internal departments.
- You handle various inquiries regarding accounting, tax, organizational, performance and other topics
